Umowa - podstawowe informacje
Umowy na platformie eduSky pełnią kluczową rolę i agregują wszystkie ustalenia związane ze współpracą szkoły z uczniem / rodzicem.
Jednym z elementów w procesie wdrożenia jest zaimplementowanie do systemu wzoru lub wzorów umów, jakie podpisujesz z kursantami. Szablon umowy w systemie zawiera elementy stałe w postaci np. niezmiennych treści poszczególnych paragrafów dokumentu, do których pozostałe dane dociągają się jako zmienne w momencie tworzenia/dodawania umowy.
Elementy dociągane do umowy i generowane przez system to:
- Dane teleadresowe Twojej szkoły
- Dane teleadresowe kursanta/opiekuna
- Informacje dotyczące Kursu - nazwa kursu, ilość zajęć, opłaty, ustalone typy i częstotliwość płatności

- Zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych i wizerunku
