Typy (kategorie) dokumentów
W systemie eduSky standardowo określone są dwie kategorie dokumentów:
- Dokumenty ogólne
- Dokumenty do umów
Kategorie te pojawiają się na liście w momencie dodawania do Repozytorium nowego dokumentu. W razie potrzeby możesz jednak dodać do systemu swoją dedykowaną kategorię
Aby to zrobić w dziale ZASOBY, wybierz Repozytorium → Typy dokumentów → Dodaj.
Określ parametry:
- Nazwa kategorii - Określ nazwę np. Dokumenty finansowe, Dokumenty Rodo itp.
- Opis - w razie potrzeby wprowadź dowolny tekst.
