Pomyliłem się podczas wystawiania faktury. Co mogę zrobić? Open
Istnieje kilka mechanizmów pozwalających na naprawienie błędu w wystawionej fakturze, pod warunkiem, że jest to faktura chronologicznie ostatnia. Fakturę ostatnią można edytować zmieniając jej ustalenia bez konieczności wystawiania korekty, a także można ją również usunąć i wystawić (lub wygenerować) ponownie.
Jeśli po fakturze wymagającej zmian zostały wystawione jakiekolwiek faktury, należy wystawić korektę do faktury. Można to zrobić poprzez wybranie z menu Opcje → Wystaw korektę przy konkretnej fakturze. Elementem wymaganym do wystawienia korekty faktury jest w tym przypadku obranie serii numeracji dla korekt oraz podanie powodu korekty faktury.
