How to block / unblock account access
To block access to the account previously added to the eduSky system, follow these steps:
- In the Secretariat section, select the Configuration tab →System accounts
- Select a user from the list or search in the search field by entering the first letters of his name
- Click→ Options and select →Block
If you want to perform the reverse operation, i.e. unblock the user. After searching for the selected person, click on the Options and select→ Unblock.
The green color of the icon will symbolize that the user is active again.
The status of a blocked user is symbolized by a red lock icon in the system:
