Confirmation of sending a message
By default, the eduSky system settings require that each notification sent by email or SMS be confirmed by the secretary's owner or employee.
To do this in the Secretariat section, select → Messages - For approval.
- By clicking on the title of the message you can check the correctness of the previously entered content.
- Using the buttons available under the list, you can select pending messages and change their status to approved or rejected.
- If you want to send only selected messages - mark items one by one and approve messages
Remember that messages from the eduSky system are sent every 5 minutes. You can check the status of sent messages in the All tab.
Remember, if you use SMS notifications - do not forget to check before sending - that your SMS wallet contains the right amount of points.
