Contract - basic information
Agreements on the eduSky platform play a key role and aggregate all arrangements related to the school's cooperation with the student / parent.
One of the elements in the implementation process is the implementation into the system of the model or templates of contracts that you sign with the students. The contract template in the system contains permanent elements in the form of, e.g., unchanged content of individual paragraphs of the document, to which other data reach as variables at the time of creating / adding the contract.
Elements drawn to the contract and generated by the system are:
- Contact details of your school
- Contact details of the student / guardian
- Information about the Course - course name, number of classes, fees, agreed types and frequency of payments
- Information on promotions granted
- Consent to the processing of personal data and image
- Additional information
- Sources of Origin
The contract can be entered into the system:
- Manually
- Through the website using the shared form
